This two-day event begins with a reception on Monday evening and concludes at noon on Wednesday. 

Highlights

• Plenary presentations on the reports on the skills gap that have been developed by the National Center of Education and the Economy, the American Society for Training and Development, the Manufacturing Institute, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Conference Board;
• A showcase for the 80+ industry partnerships that have been established state-wide that will be held late in the day on Tuesday;
• Concurrent sessions that will focus on the Industry Clusters that have been identified as High Priority by the Commonwealth, including Agriculture and Food, Lumber and Wood, Plastics, Health Care, Biotechnology, Metals, Information and Communication, Logistics and Transportation, Building and Construction, Education, and others;
• Information on the High Priority Occupations Process;
• Opportunities to hear from policymakers about Job Ready PA and its future directions
