Tomorrow's Best Jobs

Advanced Materials and Manufacturing

Have you always enjoyed building things? Do you like to take things apart and figure out how they work? Can you picture it in your mind then devise a plan? If you answered “yes” to these questions, a career in advanced manufacturing or advanced materials might be right for you. These are not the “boring” jobs you might think of when someone says manufacturing; these jobs include mechanical engineer (or mechanical engineering technologies), manufacturing engineer, assembly or production technology specialist to name just a few.

Biotechnology and Life Sciences

Not everyone who works in biotech has a PhD. There are many jobs for lab assistants, animal handlers, and specially trained maintenance workers that are best performed by people with a two-year degree or trained as an apprentice.

Information Technology

Information Technology is everywhere – there are few other fields that offer as much flexibility! From computer security and network administrator to software engineer, web designer and beyond...IT professionals are needed in virtually all industries.
